Mr. Herbel | At a Glance
After earning a Bachelor of Science from Southwest Missouri State University in 1976, he moved on to Georgia Southern University to earn a Master of Education. He picked back up on his education in the late 1980s to earn a Master of Science in telecommunications from Golden Gate University. He also earned an MBA from the university in 1990. Mr. Herbel joined the U.S. Army in 1980 and served as a captain until 1988. Afterwards, he remained a major in the U.S. Army Reserve from 1988 to 2014.
