​Since 2004, LeRoy Herbel has been an instructional system specialist for the Army Training Support Center at Fort Eustis, Virginia. He has worked with the United States military since the late 1970s. Adjacent to his career working with the military, he has taught classes at DeKalb University and Wesleyan College. With the Army Training Support Center, he is the course manager and developments, validates and implements the courses provided. He has worked as a systems specialist for a number of army centers across the United States.
